About the role
We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our mission-driven team focused on building human-centered, human-enhancing AI solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced GenAI models that power innovative applications across diverse domains—from adaptive learning systems to enterprise AI tools and real-world impact solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate generative AI models (LLMs) using modern techniques and frameworks.
- Build scalable, production-grade pipelines for data processing, model training, experimentation, and deployment.
- Experiment with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and hybrid approaches.
- Conduct applied research on emerging architectures, optimization methods, and human-aligned AI techniques.
- Contribute to technical documentation, demos, prototypes, research summaries, and internal knowledge repositories.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field;
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including building reusable modules, tools, and scalable production code.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative model concepts.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks: Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning and optimization techniques: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, distillation, RAG, vector search.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed training/inference setups.
- Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly using structured research methods.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to build ethical, human-enhancing AI.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with multimodal models (vision-language, speech, robotics).
- Background in reinforcement learning or agent-based systems.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk mitigation, or responsible AI practices.
- Contribution to open-source AI projects.

In this role, you will support marketing strategy, sales outreach, brand storytelling, and growth initiatives that help expand AIXosphere’s presence across the AI ecosystem — from enterprise clients to academic, public sector, and social impact partners.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and enterprise channels.
- Conduct market research to identify client segments, competitor positioning, partnership opportunities, and emerging AI industry trends.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, marketing collateral, value propositions, and client communication materials.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, the AIXosphere website, and thought-leadership channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and research teams to align messaging with service offerings and brand identity.
- Support events, workshops, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to analytics reports that track marketing performance, campaign ROI, engagement, and user insights.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives.
